What the site is

An independent, free reference that reorganizes and visualizes publicly available government data — the processing times USCIS publishes for its forms — together with original explanatory guides. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, DHS, the Department of State, or any government agency.

No legal advice

Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, or professional advice, and no attorney-client relationship exists or can be formed by using it. Published processing ranges are historical statistics about completed cases — not predictions about any individual case. Decisions about filings, appeals and responses belong with you and, where the stakes are real, a licensed immigration attorney.

Accuracy and availability

We take numbers from USCIS's published releases, keep the release date visible, and correct errors quickly when found. The data belongs to the government and changes monthly; the site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for decisions made or outcomes suffered in reliance on the site.

Acceptable use

Use the site freely for personal, non-commercial reference. Do not disrupt the service or reuse its content at abusive scale. The site's original text, design and charts are the property of its builder; the underlying government data is public and belongs to everyone.
