This site is built to need almost no data, from anyone, ever. The short version: no accounts, no forms that submit anywhere, nothing you type leaves your device.

What stays on your device

The wait estimator and the field-office filter run entirely in your browser. Receipt dates, office selections and search text are processed locally in JavaScript and are never transmitted to us or anyone else. Closing the tab erases them.

What the site stores

The site has no user accounts and keeps no user records. Like essentially all websites, the hosting layer processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability. Those logs are not used to profile visitors, are not sold, and are retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Pages link to official resources — USCIS's case status tool, fee calculator and the State Department's visa bulletin. Following a link sends you to that organization under its own privacy policy; we receive no data about what you do there.

Children

The site is a general-audience reference and knowingly collects no personal information from any visitor of any age.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the revised version will appear on this page with an updated review date. Last reviewed October 14, 2026.
