Disclaimer

Short version: we show the government's numbers; we are not the government, and we are not lawyers.

Not affiliated

USCIS Case Tracker is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of State, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, or any other government agency. Official case lookups happen on government systems with your receipt number; this site never connects to your case and cannot see it.

What the numbers can and cannot tell you

Every range on this site reproduces what USCIS publishes: the window containing roughly 80% of recently completed cases for a form, office or category, plus the date before which case inquiries are invited. Those statistics describe other people's completed cases. They cannot tell you when your case will be decided, whether it will be approved, or what any office will do. Trend markers compare official releases and inherit their quirks, including mid-cycle corrections by the agency.

No legal advice; no guarantee

Nothing here is legal advice or a legal opinion, and using the site creates no attorney-client relationship. Immigration outcomes depend on facts, law and discretion that no table captures. For decisions that matter — responses to requests for evidence, notices of intent to deny, appeals, complex histories — consult a licensed immigration attorney. The site is provided as-is; to the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability for reliance on it.

Errors and corrections

We re-derive every figure from the official release each refresh and date every page (September 17, 2026 at this writing). If you find a discrepancy, tell us with the form, office and date checked — corrections ship fast. Last reviewed October 14, 2026.
