About USCIS Case Tracker
USCIS Case Tracker is a free, independent visualization of the processing times the U.S. government publishes for its own immigration forms. USCIS releases an 80% completion window for each form, office and category — and overwrites it in place every month, with no archive. This site keeps those releases side by side, adds sorting, search and plain-language labels, and turns the current numbers into a wait estimator that runs in your browser. The release shown across the site is dated September 17, 2026.
Principles
Official numbers, honestly framed. Every range on this site comes from USCIS's published processing-time tables. We do not model, predict or pad them; when USCIS publishes no number, we print “not published” instead of inventing one. Statutory-limit notes travel with their rows.
Free, account-free, tracking-free. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing for sale. The estimator runs entirely on your device; nothing you enter is transmitted anywhere. The privacy policy is short because the data collection is nearly zero.
Not a law firm, not the government. This site is not affiliated with USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or any agency, and nothing on it is legal advice — the disclaimer spells out the boundaries. For your actual case, the official USCIS case status tool with your receipt number is authoritative, and licensed immigration attorneys exist for the questions numbers cannot answer.
How the site is maintained
The data refreshes with each official release, roughly monthly; each refresh re-reads the published tables, keeps the two prior releases for trend markers, and re-derives every table and chart on the site. When a release slips, the site keeps showing the last published month rather than guessing — the release date is printed on every page for exactly that reason. Corrections and suggestions are welcome on the contact page. Last reviewed October 14, 2026.
